Jack Herer Seeds

Evening before harvest.
LST performed, stunning aroma with berries, pine, skunk, lemon, patchouli undertones and more.
Outstanding trichome production, even dripping from stems and stalks.
Appears to be phenotype A or C leaning towards A with possible Haze genetics showing up.
Can smell this lovely lady across the whole yard.
LST caused no fuss, no stress and was performed a bit later than normal for personal growth.

I have grown Super Lemon Haze and White Widow from Seedbank and they were fantastic, but I wanted to try another strain. These Jack Herer plants are doing great and growing fast. All 5 seeds germinated and produced plants, though one of the seedlings never grew, another is outside and was attacked by something that ate quite a bit of the plant, seemingly shocking it and slowing growth. The pictures are July 29, and the next is August 5, They are growing 2 inches a day, and are responding well to LST. The training shortened the plants a few inches for now, but the stems recover and face the light within hours so I suspect the growth will start up quickly. I'll try to add some pictures later when the colas are big and frosty. I have had amazing results with seedbank seeds.

10/08/23 - This is a follow up to my earlier review and images of the plants the day of harvest. They were slower to mature than past strains going 98 days, Without checking trichomes I would have harvested too early. They gave 7 ounces of dried flower. The effects are amazing, strong, and very pleasant. Definitely a learning experience as these were more challenging to grow. Because of the high humidity this time of year, I wet trimmed the buds and used a screen rack to dry. The colas were very large, thick and dense and I wanted to avoid any mold problems from hanging whole plants since the branches could not hold the colas apart when hung to allow air flow. Next grow is Bruce Banner!

It’s a mixed bag. My medium maybe the culprit but it has an ammonia type smell. No matter the sterile environment, it’s just the strain. This strain loves Gaia trio and of course FoxFarm but also teas of sorts.
It’s a terpene producer like the best of them.
Only these terps have two and three bulbs on the end of them which I’ve never seen. It’s like a crystal forest under magnification.
Frosty is a good term to describe.
Buds are pretty big but no way I’m getting monster poundage.
Still a slow burning dank kinda strain that has notes of melon and earthy, it’s not the sweetest of dank but it is dank nonetheless.
Buzz is strong and I’m squeezing mid 20’s of THC % which is pretty good.
Big hearty plant that staves off many grow issues.
Leave her alone except those special amendment days and she’ll thank you.
Ol Jack loves ocean forest, Molasses/Liquid seaweed/Signal tea, Gaia dry trio amendments and vibrations.

Bam…2 - 2 !!
This is my second run of SEEDBANK genetics and they have not disappointed, yet again. In recent years I personally did not have much success in popping seeds. 90% of the problem being that they were just seeds given by friends or bag seeds but gave them hell regardless…
This time around I took just one seed, in a cube, and it popped overnight ! First wow. Second, third, fourth and so on wows came every day thereafter. I am now at 37 days and it is a lil monster of a plant. I could not be more pleased with the progress of this girl and can not wait for the end results after my mistakes with a previous run.

I’ve been growing your Jack photoflower for years in upstate NY but this was my first season with your Jack autoflower. Also first season legal which is a game changer. Excellent addition to any outdoor grow. I popped these in small buckets on the periphery of my garden and pretty much left them alone. So easy.
Just general care, I topped them once, and I used budding fertilizer from start to finish which worked out great. Sprayed Safer Bug and Mold regularly. They don’t get very big and don’t require any fussing as a result. Bug and mold resistant. Ready for plucking by early July which is fantastic. Fat and stinky.
The beauty of your autos is they aren’t threatened by the frost, humidity, and incessant rain that can happen here in late summer and fall and are always a stressful threat to a large garden. Autos create a cushion of comfort as you are going to have a fat bag of ganga guaranteed by July.
Each one gave me about 2.5 ounces dry. Not a crazy haul but so easy to grow and manage. You can even grow them comfortably in small 3 gallon buckets. I consider them my side pieces to the big mammas. Nice work.

I think I got a unicorn of the Jack. Maybe not,but one is an all around amazing specimen, a true Queen(a tad leafy). The other? Meh..... like that cousin with the bad arm..... had a phosphorus deficiency early that carried through until heavily fed. Plant structure was odd. Bud stacking and size are off. BUT THAT ONE....
