Fast Flowering Amnesia is a timely upgrade to the extremely popular sativa dominate hybrid Amnesia. The original Amnesia was created by Soma Seeds and is a mix of Afghani-Hawaiian with Jamaican and southeast Asian genetics. This version added an auto-flowering version of Amnesia to the mix to shorten the flowering time. Amnesia is one of the most prevalent sativa strains in Europe and can be found at almost every coffeeshop and social club on the continent. Amnesia has won close to twenty different awards including the 2004 High Times Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam.

Appearance

Amnesia’s buds are much denser than the standard haze varieties. The buds are thick and forest green with hard calyxes packed together and rust-colored hairs throughout. The structure is large and chunky compared to more sativa dominant varieties.

Terpenes

Amnesia is high in the terpenes limonene, caryophyllene, and myrcene. These terpenes provide unique citrus and spiced floral overtones. Some people find the terpene profile similar to the strain Trainwreck which has a lemony, iced tea kind of flavor.

Flavors

The aroma of Amnesia is exotic and memorable. The lemon flavor tickles your nose and rushes to your head. A piney and sandalwood essence creates a smooth and delicious expansive smoke that leaves you drooling for more. A rich spicy and peppery aroma fills the air when smoked.

Our Fast Flowering Amnesia is for cultivators who are looking for a sativa dominant strain but don’t want the long flowering time. Plants will be ready for indoor harvest after 10 weeks of growth from seed. When grown outdoors it will sync its photoperiod to the daylight hours and finish flowering by mid-late October. The average outdoor harvest for this one is 5-11 oz/plant. You don’t have to veg this variety for as long as most strains and you can pretty much put it outside once it’s big enough to not get eaten by rabbits or other small animals. The buds are very uniform and chunkier than the average sativa strain. Fast Flowering Amnesia is one of the taller fast flowering strains available. SOG is ideal for indoor gardens. The indoor flowering time is about 10 weeks from the sign of the first true leaves. Indoor yield is 17-21 oz/m2 and during flowering, it’s advised to stake or trellis the branches to avoid them breaking under the weight of the heavy buds.
